Our Community at SPADE

Meet some Members

We took over our first commercial CPU within the Spade Enterprise centre back in 2005

This was the start of a period of huge transformation for our company and taking this leap can be daunting and a massive undertaking, when starting off in business. But the flexibility of the terms available and the large support network meant we could take this leap with confidence. Spade provides an important first step for many incredible Irish food businesses. We are happy to continue to support this enterprise which is a big part of the Irish Food Story.

There’s a great sense of community here

Having a membership in Spade is so important to the success of our business. Sharing with others at the same growth stage, means we get shortcuts to solve common problems! Access to the mentors has been invaluable and the sense of community makes being a founder so much easier!

The Spade Enterprise Centre has provided us with a great base for our growing business.

The location is ideal with lots of coffee and lunch options available in Smithfield and Stoneybatter and the City Centre within walking distance. It has also provided us with networking opportunities with other young businesses in the centre and access to boardroom facilities for important client meetings.
