Alice Tevlin, founder and CEO of Rua Foods, has been based at SPADE for just over a year. With a growing range of products, and with it a growing production team of now eight, you can order Rua’s products online or they can be found in a range of businesses and cafes.

Rich, nutty, and indulgently smooth, these handcrafted dark chocolate Easter eggs are filled with a luscious praline made from roasted hazelnuts and almonds. Wrapped in velvety 54.5% dark chocolate, each bite is a perfect balance of deep cocoa flavours and creamy, nutty sweetness—pure joy in the cutest little package.


Bake it Happen

Carolina has been part of the Shared Kitchen since we opened in autumn 2023, steadily growing her business Bake It Happen with the same care and creativity that first inspired her love of baking. Originally from Brazil, she learned her craft from her grandmother and mother, and that family tradition is at the heart of everything she makes.

You’ll find Bake It Happen at Herbert Park Market every Sunday, where Carolina’s stall has become a favourite stop for anyone seeking something sweet, comforting, and beautifully made. Orders can also be placed through Instagram, where she shares her weekly menu along with simple instructions on how to order (link below).
